Suitable for: Dairy free, Soya free, Lactose free, Gluten free, Vegetarian. Alflorex® can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day. If taking with a drink, take with water or milk instead of acidic drinks like juice or hot drinks. Alflorex® acts immediately and begins to prime your gut where it is needed. During the first 2 weeks it will help to reset your system. Temporary changes in bowel habits may be experienced as Alflorex primes the gut. In rare cases, it may take Alflorex® longer than 1 month to prime an individual gut, possibly up to 2–3 months. Continue to use on a daily basis as part of a healthy lifestyle. Store at less than 25°C. Always close the lid securely after use. For best results, we recommend storing Alflorex® supplement in the original container with the lid securely closed.
