Apply light to medium pressure against the hard skin of your foot, using small circular motions. Brush included for sweeping away the debris from the unit. To change roller heads, push in the button on the underside of the unit and pull the roller-head forwards. To re-attach the roller heads, push the head straight against the unit until you hear a click. Roller will last 3 months if used once a week, or if used everyday day change monthly. Remove cover, place 2 AA batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment. For use on Dry skin.
