Terms and Conditions for Win £100 towards a trip prize draw

Prize draw open to eligible VIP Health & Beautycard Members only who enter between 03/01/25 – 31/01/25 via the Superdrug app and click through to Prize Draw, are 16+ years old and reside within Great Britain. 300 x £100 Travel Credits to be won. One entry per member. One prize per winner. Eligible Members must enter by 23:59 31/01/2025. Prize draw will take place on 03/02/2025.Promoter: Superdrug Stores plc.

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter, a member must:
    1. have clicked through to https://innovation.superdrug.com/vip-travel-credits-comp via the Superdrug app within the entry period;
    2. be a Superdrug VIP member;
    3. have a registered Health & Beautycard;
    4. be 16+ and reside within Great Britain; and
    5. not be an employee of the Promoter or the Administrator or their respective affiliates or agents, or an immediate family member of such employees or any other person connected with this promotion.
  2. Entry period: 00:01am 3rd January 2025 to 23:59pm 31st January 2025.
  3. Prize draw date: Monday 3rd February 2025.
  4. How to participate:
    1. Superdrug VIP members will be able to view an in app banner promoting the prize draw
    2. They will be able to click through to https://innovation.superdrug.com/vip-travel-credits-comp
    3. VIP members must then complete the form on the above link to enter
    4. The prize draw will take place on Monday 3rd February 2025, where 300 winners will be selected,
    5. Winners will be contacted by email within 7 working days, with instructions on how to use their Travel Credits.
  5. The Prize: £100 Travel credits: 300 to be won.

    All winners can claim £100 travel credit via a username and pin number sent by email to use on https://en-gb.travelcredits.com/. If you have any issues please contact our customer service team at: sd-travelcredits@tlcrewards.com
    Each eligible participant who receives a username and pin will have until 23:59 30/05/2024 to book their hotel stay through the Offer Booking Site. Travel Credits full terms and conditions apply, please visit here.

  6. Confirmation, changes and cancellation policy: 
    1. The booking confirmation, which includes the essential elements such as the description of the property, room booked and the date, will be sent to participants by e-mail. If participants do not receive a booking confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing the booking, they can contact TLC Customer Services by emailing customerservice@travelcredits.com and quoting their username.
    2. It is expressly agreed that the data stored in the information systems of the Travel Credits website, or its partners shall constitute proof with respect to the bookings made by the participant. Data stored in computers or electronic media are valid proof and shall therefore be acceptable under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as a physical written document.
    3. By confirming the booking, participants agree to the property terms and conditions. Participants are responsible to check all information, including cancellation terms, available before booking.
    4. In the event of being unable to attend a confirmed booking, participants can inform the Administrator as soon as possible by sending an email to customerservice@travelcredits.com and quoting their username.
    5. If participants wish to cancel or amend their booking, they should contact TLC Customer Services as soon as possible through the ‘Amend/Cancel’ section found in ‘My bookings’ on the Offer Booking Site or by sending an email to customerservice@travelcredits.com and quoting their username. Some bookings will be non-refundable. This will form part of the property terms and conditions and will always be clearly communicated in the booking information available to participants before the booking is confirmed. In the event of a cancellation being possible, all cancellations will be final. 
    6. In the instance of a non-refundable booking, participants will have no right to a refund or to receive any substitute offer, compensation of any kind or cash equivalent, in the event of cancellation.
    7. If participants should choose not to travel, they will be classified as a ‘no show’, participants will lose their right to their booking and will not be able to rebook another booking and will lose access to the Travel Credits booking platform. They will have no right for any refund, substitute offer, no compensation of any kind or cash equivalent.
  7. A maximum of 1 prize per winner will be allowed. Additional entries that exceed this limit will be disqualified and any allocated Prize will not be fulfilled.
  8. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and any such entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  9. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for its inability to meet any timeframes resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including an outbreak of Covid-19 either with its own business or within the delivery supply chain. Should a national or local lockdown affect the Promoter’s ability to meet any deadlines, it will fulfil its obligations as soon as is reasonably practical after its and/or its third-party fulfilment providers resume business as usual and any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion.
  10. Your entry will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you:
    1. Are not an eligible Member (as detailed in clause 1 above).
    2. Have not won a prize.
    3. Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions or any corresponding partner Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter or the Administrator in its sole discretion.
  11. It is the responsibility of the member to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for members failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their Prize.
  12. The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to replace the Prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.
  13. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Prizes. Lost or stolen Prizes will not be replaced.
  14. The Prize is not for re-sale, has no cash value, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Unused, expired and redeemed Prize’s cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.
  15. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the applicable Prize are not included and must be paid by entrants separately.
  16. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, the Administrator, their agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  18. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
  19.  All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the number of entries into the promotion, those entries will be disqualified and any Prizes won will be void. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
  20. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the Prize. Any personal data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion will only be used for validation of entries, notification and for administering the Promotion, unless you have expressly consented for it to be used for any other purposes. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. Data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and will be stored for up to 3 months from the campaign end date, after which it will be deleted.   25. These Terms and Conditions and any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
