Wet hair, spread evenly on the scalp and hair lengths. Massage using finger tips for a few minutes, go easy on the tap. It won't lather so don't wait for that. No shampoo and conditioner needed. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs wash out immediately with water.
