Option 1: Apply 1-2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil behind your ears, on your temples or behind your neck.
Option 2: Pump a dime-sized dollop of our Fragrance Free Body Lotion into your hand. Add 1-2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to the lotion and apply all over your body.
Option 3: Mix 1-2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to our ultra-hydrating Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil or Grapeseed Oil and apply all over your body. Add 3 - 4 drops to the Small Ultrasonic Diffuser (80 ml) or 18 - 30 drops to the Large Ultrasonic Diffuser (600 ml), it will help to relieve stress and anxiety, aid in the treatment of respiratory disorders, improve blood circulation and boost immunity.
