Can I use my Beautycard at all?

Yes! We have very exciting news that now you can not only earn points whilst shopping, but you can now also redeem your Beautycard points at the Checkout to pay for your shopping too, just as in-store. You are also able to earn Bonus Points on the new too.

To earn Bonus Points, simply add the promotional product into your basket and these will be added at checkout.

To pay for your products at any time with Beautycard Points just head to the Checkout and select to Pay With Points. A dropdown will then appear asking you to select how many points you would like to redeem. This section will only show if you are logged in and have a registered Beautycard to that login account, and have sufficient points. Please note that you can only redeem in increments of 100 points.

Don't forget you can earn 1 point per £1, and once you earn 100 points you can claim £1 off your shopping!

It will take 24 hours for points to be gained and deducted, so please contact our Customer Services team here if you have any requests within this time. If you return a product then your Beautycard points will be added back onto your account.

Do I need to register on again?

No – if you have a previous account you will not need to re-register on this new website. Your username and password will remain the same.

Where has my Order History gone?

If you have placed an order with us previously, your order history in your account will not show on the new If you have any queries regarding a previous order, or status, please contact our Customer Services team here or call 0845 6710709.

How do Free Gifts work on the new website?

Gifts With Purchase – If you are buying a product that comes with a free gift, for example a free bag with a fragrance, then you only need to add the fragrance to your basket. The free gift will then automatically be added to your basket and will arrive with your order, where available.

Buy One Get One Free – For all of these types of offers, you will need to add 2 products to your basket and then 1 of them will be discounted in your basket. Please note that if you do not add both products to your basket you will only receive 1 in your order.

No, you will not need to sign up to emails again, as this will be already assigned to your account.

How can I find the products I want?

If you know which products you want you can use the Search Bar in the top right hand corner of the website. You can either search by product name or product code and then can select from the options available.

If you are looking for a specific brand, hover over 'Brand' on the horizontal navigation bar and click on the Brandshop you are looking for, or click 'A-Z Brands' for the full list.

If you want to shop the website by category, either click on the main category you want on the horizontal navigation bar, or hover over the main category and click on any of the categories in the dropdown area below.

Once you are in any specific category you can further separate the product results by clicking on the sub-navigation on the left hand side – you will be able to separate by brand, type, allergies and more.

How can I shop from the homepage or category pages?

We have introduced a new structure to our homepage and category pages. To shop from the homepage, either hover over the top horizontal navigation bar to start your journey, or click on any of the rectangular or square images.

To shop from the categories pages, such as Make-Up and Toiletries, either select a sub-category or brand on the left hand side navigation, or click on any of the large images.

I've found the product I want – how can I buy it?

All you need to do is click any of the pink 'Add To Basket' buttons, either straight from a product category page, or within the product page itself. When you add a product your basket will appear in the top right hand corner to show you it has been added. This will disappear, but will continue to show you in the top header how many items you have in your basket, and the value of it at any given time.

Finished shopping? Then either press the 'My Basket' link in the top header and click 'Go To Checkout' or just click the large pink 'Checkout' button in the top header to go straightaway.

Where can I find offers?

We love to give our customers good value, so we have made it even clearer for you to see what is on offer on! Every product on offer or promotion will have text by the product image highlighting what the offer is. If you click on this text you will also be taken to all the products in this specific promotion, for example 3 for 2 on toiletries.

If you would like to see all of our offers in one place, then click on 'Offers' in the top horizontal navigation bar, or hover over 'Offers' to see the different offer categories.

Have the delivery options changed?

No, we still have 2 great free delivery options, plus additional ones available. We offer free in-store delivery via Order & Collect to over 800 stores! This means you can order web exclusives, extended ranges, or just your normal order on the website and collect it in any store for free at your convenience. For more information on Order & Collect please click here

Please note if you have previously chosen Order & Collect your preferred store will be not be saved in your new delivery address book yet.

We also offer free home delivery when you spend £10 or more at

Standard UK delivery for orders under £10 is £3, with delivery between 3-5 working days. Express delivery for next working day is £5.50, when you order before 2pm.

Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

Where can I find my local store?

To find one of our Superdrug stores please use our Store Locator, which now lives in the top left hand corner of our website. Click on 'Store Locator' and then enter your postcode or town and click 'Go'.

You will then be able to view a map of your closest stores, and be able to select by which stores have a Pharmacy, Nurse Clinic and/or Brow & Lash Bar.

We would love your feedback on all of your products! To leave a review, please go to the product you bought and enter the details via the 'Add a Review' section underneath the product description. Your username will not be pulled across from our old website.
