    This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

    To return online purchases by Post

    • You can return an item by post if you ordered it online.
    • There is no need to contact us before sending a return.
    • Please fill out the Return Summary section on the right-hand side of the Parcel Summary which will have been included in the parcel in which your order was delivered.
    • Please enter the quantity of the items you are returning and select a reason for return from one of the listed options.
    • Detach the Return Summary and Freepost Returns Label from the Parcel Summary.
    • Place the Return Summary along with the items you are returning inside the parcel.
    • Attach the Freepost Returns Label to the outside of the parcel by removing the adhesive backing.
    • Take the parcel to your local Post Office.
    • When you use our Freepost Returns Label, postage is free from UK addresses for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Royal Mail charges.
    • Please get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage.
    • Please keep the Parcel Summary displaying your order details and quote your order reference on all correspondence with us.
    • All returns must be sent to Customer Returns Manager, Superdrug Stores plc, Stadium Way, South Elmsall, Pontefract, West Yorkshire WF9 2XR.

    To return online purchases to our Stores

    We are pleased to accept returns of products bought online in-store.
    • Customers can make their return to any store.
    • Goods damaged in transit will be replaced where possible or refunded.
    • Goods will be exchanged if in a salable condition.
    • Refunds will be made under 100% Happiness Guarantee.
    • Products must be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date shown on the dispatch note.
     
    Customers must bring with them their:
    • Order confirmation (print out or displayed in phone),
    • Dispatch note sent with order and inside box,
    • The debit card that payment was made with (if payment was made with PayPal then bring debit card attached to this PayPal account).

    Returning products supplied by a 3rd Party

    If your products were supplied by a 3rd party, you'll receive a document labelled "Returns Information" with your order. You need to check the Returns Information document and follow the steps in that document to return a 3rd party supplier product. Take care to return the products within the time period specified in that document. Superdrug don't handle the returns and these products can't be returned to one of our stores.
