for now i like it quite well.Flag this review
I'm currently filming videos for my you tube channel & tested a sachet of this product in the shade light which matched my skin perfectly. Had a lovely matte yet natural & glowy finish. Stood up well in my transference & 8 hour wear tests. Feels nice & light on the skin. Has a lovely moisturiser type fragrance & blends in very nicely with a RT expert face brush. When my spending ban ends in 2015 i will be sure to pick this BB cream up. Its a bit orange so I mix it with a normal face cream. it hasn't got the best coverage. its good because its vegan and not tested on animals. :)Flag this review
I like it but it does not cover enough to be considered a concealer. I do wear it daily as a tinted moisturiser.Flag this review
My wife was looking for a new foundation that was both vegan and not tested on animals. When we came across this product she was sceptical, but it seemed good value for money and so she decided to give it a shot. I'll start with the cons. This product takes a bit more work than others - it requires a fair bit of rubbing to create a smooth look. Another reviewer has said that it runs easily with the slightest moisture and this is true. My wife would add that it stings if it happens to run in her eyes - not unexpected, but an issue as it does run easily. However, it is a good match for my wife's skin tone (fair) and we've both noticed that her complexion has improved since she started using it (she has dry skin that is prone to peeling). Only a small amount is needed to give full coverage, so a single bottle will last a good time, and I suppose the other side of the criticism that it runs easily is that it is also very easy to remove. It's not perfect, but it is a great product and great value. As it is also an ethical product, it's one my wife is happy to continue using.Flag this review
Very easy to use, no mask feeling, but still slightly tinted. Perfect for all ladies who want to show their skin in the best light! Love it!Flag this review
Pros: Gives an even but natural, glowing finish, applies well - not sticky or powdery, UVA & UVB filters, non pore-clogging, smells nice, great value, not tested on or using any animal ingredients Cons: Light is more like medium, too dark for fair-skinned folks The low down: I have been on the hunt for a new tinted moisturiser/light foundation. Overall I thought this was an excellent product with one drawback if you are fair of skin like I am! It goes on smoothly and gives a lovely natural sheen finish without being oily or pore-clogging. I also love that it has UVA and UVB filters, and is not tested on animals and uses no animal ingredients. However, I would say that 'Light' is more like a 'Medium' shade and comes up darker than any of my other light shaded foundations or tinted moisturisers. I am fair-skinned but not especially pale and found 'Light' slightly too dark. Seeing as it's the end of the summer and my skin will only get fairer throughout the colder months, I suspect I may have to stop using it for that reason, unless I mix it with a moisturiser to weaken it. Id prefer not to do that as I like the texture and finish as it is, just not the shade. This would be great for those less fair-skinned types though! Superdrug, provide more adequate shade types please! Could you make 'Light' lighter or create an 'Ultra Light' or 'Fair' shade in addition to those you already have? If so, this would be a 100% winner!Flag this review
I bought this BB cream because I wanted to try one out, and it was reduced. The colour is great - I bought the light version and it's not too pale or too orange which is good. However, when it says it's a moisturiser it means it. It remained very shiny throughtout the day, and even with powder over the top wasn't very matte. Despite this, it didn't clog up my pores and at the end of the day I did have very soft skin. The colour did not fade throughout the day either - it still looked like I had a slight natural tan. I am now back to using the maybelline BB cream which I would definately recommend.Flag this review
I had high hopes for this, unfortunately it's too dark for me even though it says light!! I have very pale skin and it was very noticeable on my jaw line, even when I tried to rub it in more. I don't like the orange face/white neck look! I guess my search for the perfect foundation/BB cream continues...Flag this review
For someone with dry skin, this product just highlighted my dry patches even more. In particular because there is only two shades, the light shade (which I bought) was too orange. Overall I am definitely not happy with this product and was definitely not worth the money!!Flag this review
