Product Uses
1. With clean hands, free of hand creams or lotions, roll the earplugs between the thumb and finger, pressing on it until it is compressed into a very thin, crease free cylinder. 2. While compressed, insert the plug well into the ear canal. Fitting the plug is easier if the outer ear in pulled out and upward during insertion. 3. With the fingertip, hold the earplug in place until it begins to expand and fills the ear canal. 4. To remove, ease gently and slowly from the ear.
