Folic Acid is important for the healthy development of the unborn baby. Women wishing to become pregnant are recommended by the Government to take 400ug per day when trying to conceive and until the 12th week of pregnany. Most women lack sufficient Folic Acid in their diet. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium from the diet.
Warning or Restrictions
Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not take if inner seal is broken. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are breast feeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant or taking any prescribed medicines.
