2-way (pencil+brush) powder eyebrow pencil for filling and shaping the eyebrows EYEBROW PENCIL offers a soft and powdery application with a nice and natural colour pay-off. It is long lasting and stays put even on oily skin.
EYEBROW PENCIL can be used dry for a soft and discret eyebrow colour. For more intense eyebrow colour, wet the eyebrows before applying with a moistened cottonpad.
