Product Uses

At the beginning and end of each period, the AllMatters menstrual cup should be sterilized in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Step 1 – Insertion: Wash hands & cup. Fold the cup, relax and insert & release. The cup will unfold automatically. When the cup is unfolded correctly a vacuum is created and will keep you leak-free. Step 2 – Use: Use for up to 12 hours. Step 3 – Removal: Wash hands and relax. Remove the cup by gently squeezing the base of the cup to release the vacuum. Take the cup gently. Empty into the toilet & wash the cup – re-insert or store in pouch.

Recyclable

Outer packaging is made of recycled carton with instructions printed on the inside to save waste. 100% plastic free packaging. The AllMatters menstrual cup can be stores in the complementary, organic storage pouch

Tips and Advice

Fold & insert: Before insertion fold the AllMatters menstrual cup. There are different folding techniques. Insert the cup and let it unfold. You might feel or hear a slight "plop". To ensure the cup is perfectly unfolded and secured by a light vacuum try to pinch the bottom and twist it a bit. When the cup is unfolded correctly you shouldn’t be able to feel it and you will not risk any leak. You can now leave the cup for up to 12 hours if you have a normal flow (if you have a heavier flow you may want to empty it every 6-8 hours) To empty the cup grab the stem and pull it gently until you can get a grip around the bottom of the cup. Then you squeeze the bottom to release the vacuum, and you can take the cup out gently. By using your abdominals, you can help getting it out even more easy. Empty in the toilet and clean with a cleansing wipe, toilet paper or rinse under water before you insert it again. Please be aware that if you are a first-time user it may take a month or two or even three to get used to the menstrual cup.
