The Coni Sporty High Waist knicker sits just over the belly button for full coverage. They have a seam-free, scalloped edging for no VPL, they cannot be seen under the tightest of gym leggings. They offer protection from leaks and periods and can absorb up to 15ml (2-3 tampons worth).
