Entry to the prize draw run by Immedia Broadcast Limited (“Immedia”) via Superdrug Live Radio (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 16 and over, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or Immedia or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
To enter the Prize Draw, you must text the word STAR followed by your first name followed by the town of your current address in an SMS message to 88802. This SMS will be charged at standard network rate. Unless otherwise stated on Superdrug Live Radio, entry will close one hour after the Prize Draw opens.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, incomplete or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. These entries may still be charged. Immedia will not be liable in the event that SMS message entries are not received as a result of network incompatibility, technical faults, or otherwise. Any SMS message received before the Prize Draw has begun or after it has closed may still be charged, but your entry will not count. SMS message entries are received on arrival, not from the time they are sent.
If you are not the bill payer, you must gain permission from the bill payer before entering the Prize Draw.
The prize(s) will be set out in the relevant broadcast on Superdrug Live Radio.
The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries following closure of the Prize Draw, and the first name and town of the winner(s) will also be announced on Superdrug Live Radio within one hour of closure of the Prize Draw. Immedia will attempt to contact the winner by telephone on the mobile number the SMS message is sent from to obtain their details in order to send the prize. The winner(s) will need to contact Immedia within 7 days to claim their prize.
Unless otherwise stated, the winner(s) must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Immedia reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Prizes will be despatched by Immedia by 1st class signed for post or a suitable alternative tracked delivery service within 14 days of the winner(s) claiming their prize.
Any decision of Immedia as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Immedia accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of Superdrug Live Radio or any other reason.
There is no cash alternative to the prize(s).
Immedia reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
Immedia reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The full name and county of any winner will be available on request for 1 month from the date the winner claims their prize by sending an email to email@example.com.
By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to their personal data being used by Immedia solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. Personal data provided as part of the Prize Draw will not be used by Immedia for any other purpose and will not be shared by Immedia with any third parties.
The prizes will be supplied by Superdrug to Immedia, however the administration and promotion of the Prize Draw is being conducted solely by Immedia.
The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
