How do I pay for my subscription?
We currently only accept payments via PayPal; in the future we hope to introduce additional payment methods.
When will it be delivered?
You can expect your first subscription delivery 5 working days after you place your order. Additional orders will be dispatched on the same date as your order was originally made and you will receive your order 5 working days afterwards.
How much does delivery cost?
Subscription customers receive complimentary, free standard delivery.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, however you will receive any orders currently being processed. To see the status of your order please check your ‘My Account' page.
How does a subscription work?
When signing up to our subscription service you'll be asked to choose the following:
• The product you want to subscribe to
• How many products you want to receive in each order
• How frequently you want to receive your order e.g once a month
• The length of time you want to run your subscription (for how many months)
Once you've subscribed you should receive your chosen product 5 working days after you place your order. Your order/subscription will be dispatched on the same date as your original order each month for the duration of your subscription.
When does money come out?
Payment will come out of your account as soon as you place your first order. It will then be taken out of your account on the same date each month for the duration of your subscription.
What's the returns policy?
Subscription services are subject to the usual Superdrug returns policy.
Are promotions included?
Subscriptions are offered at long-term discounted price, short-term promotions are excluded.
How can I view or amend my subscriptions?
To view or amend subscriptions please go to the subscriptions section in the ‘my account' section of the website. Here you can change your delivery address or cancel your order.
Will it fit through my letterbox?
All our subscription deliveries will fit through a standard size letterbox.
Can I get it sent to my work address?
Yes, like your normal Superdrug orders your subscription can be sent to a work address.

How do I know if my subscription has been dispatched?
You will receive an email as soon as your subscription has been dispatched.
Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes, you can subscribe to more than one subscription service using the same account.
How can I buy non-subscription products at the same time?
Subscription orders are processed separately to normal orders and you will be taken to a separate checkout page. Don't worry; you won't lose any products already in your basket whilst you go through your subscription transaction.
What products do you offer as subscription products?
Currently we offer subscribe & save on selected Gillette blades but more coming soon!
