Product Information
No mess massage stick for soothing massage in pregnancy and labour
Features
Backache is common during pregnancy and labour, with some women feeling aches, pains or pressure around the lower back area. This area is called the sacrum and is part of the pelvis.
Using pressure (aka sacral pressure) can help relieve these tensions in the area. Your birth partner can use the flat of their hand, fist, or the textured top of our massaging stick to apply the preferred amount of pressure to this area. We recommend that you lean against a wall or raised surface and when your partner applies the pressure, then push your back out firmly against this. This method can be very effective at relieving backache, especially during labour contractions.
This massaging stick, made with a natural blend of shea and cocoa butter, sweet almond and coconut oil combined with essential oils, frankincense, geranium, and bergamot which are known for their calming and grounding properties.
The massaging stick is easy to apply, no mess and melts into a nourishing balm on your skin. The textured top of the stick can be used as a massager as well as application.
