Product Uses
Apply the pencil to the brow line to fill in and enhance the natural brow line, adding definition and colour to frame the face.
Use short, regular strokes to emulate the look of natural hair. Alternatively use the flat side of the pencil for a softer effect.
Tips and Advice
Keep the pencil pin sharp so that when you are drawing short strokes in the brow they look like natural hairs.
To help improve thin or over-plucked brows, brush a little of the Class Act Treatment Gel on to promote growth and fullness.
