Tips and Advice
- Store candles in a cool, dark, dry place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight, as they can melt the surface and affect fragrance diffusion.
- Trim the wick to 5–8 mm before lighting.
- On the first burn, let the candle burn for 2–4 hours to ensure even melting. This helps prevent tunnelling on future burns.
- Keep the wick length between 5–8 mm to ensure even burning and prevent black smoke or soot buildup.
- Avoid burning in draughty areas to prevent uneven burning and shorten the candle’s lifespan.
- Burn for 2–4 hours per session. For longer burns, extinguish, trim the wick to 5 mm, and relight after 4 hours.
- Never blow out a candle. Use a candle snuffer to avoid damage, black smoke, and a smoky smell.
- Use a candle snuffer or a wick dipper tool to extinguish the flame by submerging the wick into the melted wax.
- Discontinue use when less than 1 cm of wax remains.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets.
- The container may become hot during use. Do not touch the hot container to avoid burns.
- Stop burning the candle when 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
- Dispose of leftover melted wax immediately after the candle has finished burning to prevent children from playing with or ingesting it.
