These midwife developed ginger and lemon flavoured melts are combined with vitamins B6, B12 and C and are designed to melt on your tongue and help manage the symptoms of nausea experienced in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and throughout your pregnancy to make your daily life a little easier.

Product Uses

Place one in your mouth and melt on the tongue. Take up to 3 per day.
As nausea, or ‘morning sickness’ is very individual to each woman and each pregnancy, it may take a while to discover which method works best for you. Our midwives have also developed the Sick Of It! Spritz and Rollerball to use as part of your pregnancy nausea toolkit.
Contact your midwife or maternity team for further advice if you are unable to tolerate food and fluids for a prolonged period.
