Marketplace Delivery/Returns

Delivery

We will use Royal Mail and DPD to get your delivery safely into the hands of you or your special someone. Orders placed by 2pm on 15th December will be delivered for Christmas. The courier is decided by the size and weight of your parcel.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item for any reason other than damage or fault, please return to us with the included returns slip inside. Please address the parcel to: Returns Department WIDDOP and Co. Broadgate Broadway Business Park Chadderton Oldham OL9 9XE TIP: Make sure you unpack your gifts carefully and you should be able to re-use the original parcel and a bit of parcel tape to send it back. If you return within 28 days of receipt, we will refund the cost of your purchase. All items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or faulty – see below). If the item is misplaced during the return shipping process you will be liable. Please make sure you use a shipping method that guarantees your delivery to avoid unnecessary costs to you. What if my item is faulty? If your purchase doesn’t function as it is supposed to, please contact superdrugreturns@widdop.co.uk. If we can’t help you resolve the problem, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
