With a compression factor of 18mmHg, these socks have been laboratory tested in the UK and have conformed to the BS6612:1985 British standard. IOMI flight socks have also been registered with the medicines and healthcare products UK regulatory agency and have been confirmed as a class 1 medical device.

Ladies IOMI flight socks are available in 3 sizes; 6-8.5, 9-11, and 12-14. They are available in the colour black and they are made from 88% nylon 12% elastane and they are 80 denier. They are machine washable and are made in the United Kingdom.
