Ingredients for Green Smoothie Boost Recipe
- ½ avocado
- Roughly 100g frozen spinach (about 2 cubes)
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 handful flaxseeds
- 400mls water
- 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- Blend all ingredients together, until the consistency is smooth and drinkable.
