It might not seem like it now (snow? In March? Are you OK, hun?) but summer is on its way. And one thing we want to be fully prepared for is getting into our bikini and onto that beach feeling 100% FIERCE. That’s why we’ve had a lil delve to reveal the fitness finds that will get you into your best shape ever…

Protein World

It’s a well-known fact that Khloe Kardashian is a huge fan of Protein World, and we’re fully behind her. The Slender Blend is a high-protein, low-fat and low-carb meal-replacement drink. If you replace two meals per day with this bad boy it can contribute to a healthy weight loss of up to 4lb per week. We’re obsessed with the chocolate flavour, which helps massively to curb our sweet cravings. The porridge is also a big hit as it’s high in protein, boosts your metabolism and tastes bloomin’ delicious. It’s a no-brainer.

Yes, you’ll get fitter and stronger, but it will also help you lose fat all over, rather than bulk up.’

Aaaaaaah and on that note…*adds Reebox Boxing Gloves to basket*
