Halloween Makeup Ideas: Fallen Angel

How To: Fallen Angel Halloween Look

Step 1: Prep your base

Prep your skin with primer (we love ELF Power Grip Primer) and create an even base by applying a warm concealer under your eyes. Blend it in using a fluffy concealer brush.

Step 3: Dramatic eyes

Next, apply the darkest eyeshadow from the e.l.f. Bite-Size Brow Black 4G to the outer half of your eye. Then, 10x the drama by using a black liquid eyeliner to draw a winged flick. Finish by lining your lower lash line.

Step 4: Add your veins

Using the same liquid liner, channel your inner artist by drawing the outline of veins under each eye. Once you’re happy with the design, draw over them to thicken the lines.

Step 5: Go for glitter

Add glitter to the outer half of your eyelids with a precision-made eyeshadow brush. This will make your fallen angel look really pop.

Step 6: Lashes for days

Apply lashings of mascara to your upper and lower lashes. Then, add false lashes to create bold, beautiful eyes. Finish up by creating soft, fuller brows with Brow Fast Sculpt Eyebrow Gel by Maybelline, gently brushing them upwards.

Step 7: Get your angelic glow

You may be banished, but you’re still an angel. Sweep highlighter across your cheekbones with the e.l.f. highlighter brush to achieve a heavenly illuminating glow.

Step 9: Cast a shadow

Create a paint by adding a few drops of water to your black eyeshadow. Using a small brush, apply it under your jawline to create an ominous shadow, thinning it out as you blend.
