The air resistance is smooth and quiet in action and has a manual tension dial to adjust the resistance for varied exercise resistance.
The saddle is also height adjustable to suit most users. Plus the handlebars can be used in a dual action or static mode, to allow simultaneous upper body workout if required, with smooth foam padded grips for comfort.
