Terms & Conditions
  1. The - prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 16 years and over , except employees of Superdrug Stores PLC (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.  
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
  3. To enter, go to www.superdrug.com/darecompetitions and complete the online entry form.
  4. Entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 29th June 2012.
  5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late or are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
  6. The prize will be a range of products from the TV advert but does not include everything featured in the TV advert.
  7. The winner(s)  will be selected at random from all eligible entries
  8. Winners will be notified by email/telephone using the details provided by them within 1 week of the closing date. Winners must claim their prize within 1 week of notification. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner.
  9. The prizes are subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives to the prize.
  10. Images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
  11. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
  12. A list of winners’ names will be available on request from 2 July 2012 until 2 August 2012 by emailing Charlotte.Thompson@uk.aswatson.com
  13. The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may using their name, photo and location for promotional and press purposes.
  14. By entering the Prize Draw, all registrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug in accordance with Superdrug’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com/page/privacypolicy .
  15. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
