Terms & Conditions
  1. The - prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 16 years and over , except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.  
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
  3. To enter, go to www.superdrug.com/darecompetitions and complete the online entry form.
  4. Entries must be received by 5pm on Sunday 17th June 2012.
  5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late or are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
  6. The Prize Draw will run from Monday 11th June 2012 until Sunday 17th June 2012 and different prizes will be given away each day.
  7. The prizes available will be as follows:
    • Monday: Win 1 of 3 Electrical styling products,
    • Tuesday: Win 1 of 3 Dental kits,
    • Wednesday: Win 1 of 5 girlie pamper packs,
    • Thursday: Win 1 of 3 mum and baby packs,
    • Friday: Win 1 of 3 men’s shavers,
    • Saturday: Win 1 of 12 fragrances,
    • Sunday: Win 1 ultimate makeup pack
  8. The winner(s) for each day will be selected at random from all eligible entries at 5pm on each day of the Prize Draw.
  9. If you enter the Prize Draw after the start date of Monday 11th June, you will only be eligible to win prizes after the day of entry and not for previous days. For example, if you enter the Prize Draw before 5pm on Monday 11th June you will be eligiblefor all the draws. If you enter the Prize Draw on Wednesday 13th June before 5pm you will only be eligible for draws from Wednesday onwards. If you were to apply on Wednesday after 5pm then you will only be eligible for draws from Thursday onwards as you will havemissed the draw time for Wednesday’s prizes (5pm).
  10. Winners will be notified by email/telephone using the details provided by them within 1 week of the closing date. Winners must claim their prize within 1 weekof notification. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner.
  11. The prizes are subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives to the prize.
  12. Images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
  13. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
  14. A list of winners’ names will be available on request from 2 July 2012 until 2 August 2012 by emailing Charlotte.Thompson@uk. aswatson.com
  15. The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may using their name, photo and location for promotional and press purposes.
  16. By entering the Prize Draw, all registrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug in accordance with Superdrug’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com /page/privacypolicy .
  17. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
