  1. The win 10 Nina EDT competition(the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug”) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.  
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
  3. To enter, go to www.superdrug.com/darecompetitions and complete the online entry form.
  4. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 7th of March 2012. 
  5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
  6. There will be 10 prize winners who will receive a bottle of 50ml EDT Nina Fragrance.
  7. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 2 weeks of competition closure by an independent person, whose decision shall be final. 
  8. Winners will be notified by email/telephone using the details provided by them within 4 weeks of the closing date.   Winners must claim their prize within 2 months of the closing date. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner. 
  9. The prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  10. Images used are for visual purposes only.  Alternative products or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Superdrug reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary
  11. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
  12. A list of winners’ names will be available on request from the 4th of April 2012 until the 4th of May 2012 by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to: Katie Annand, Superdrug Stores plc, 118 Beddington Lane, Croydon, CR0 4TB.
  13. The winner may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
  14. By entering the Prize Draw, all registrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at superdrug.com/page/privacypolicy.
  15. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
