Lady Gaga Competition

1. The Lady GaGa prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc (“Superdrug&rdqu o;) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
   
2. No purchase is needed for you to enter this Prize Draw.
   
3. To enter complete the entry form at (insert URL here) before 23:59 on September 4th 2012. Entries must contain a valid phone number.
   
4. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
   
5. There will be 1 prize winner. The winner will receive the following for them and one (1) companion:
   1. 2x tickets to The born this way Tour in London, Twickenham Stadium, Whitton Road, Twickenham,TW2 7BA on Saturday Sept 8th 2012
   2. Standard class Travel for two to and from the winner’s home to London, Twickenham Stadium, Whitton Road, Twickenham,TW2 7BA on Saturday Sept 8th 2012
6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Wednesday 5th September 2012 and will be notified by telephone using the details provided on the same day.  Once the winner has confirmed their details, Superdrug will pass these onto Coty who will contact the winner directly to arrange the provision of the prize.  The winner must claim their prize within twelve (12) hours of notification. If they do not do so, then Superdrug reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   
7. The winner and their companion MUST be available to attend the concert on Saturday 8th September.
   
8. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for their own expenses including (without limitation), all food and beverages, spending money, telephone calls, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs.
   
9. All elements of the prize are being provided by Coty Beauty UK, and Superdrug is acting solely as the promoter of the Prize Draw.
   
10. The ‘Born this way’ concert is outside the control of Superdrug. Separate terms and conditions will apply to those attending the event and the venue – it is the winner’s responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
11. The prize is subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives to the prize.
    
12. By entering the Prize Draw you acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of Superdrug’s control including, but not limited to, cancellation or delay of the concert. Superdrug will not be liable for such instances.
13. Superdrug reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
    
14. The winner's name and county can also be obtained by emailing marke ting@superdrug.com between Thursday 6th September and Friday 5th October.
    
15. The winner may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
    
16. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug in accordance with Superdrug’s privacy policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.superdrug.com /page/privacypolicy .
    
17.  The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
