Multi-purpose Shadow Liner can be applied either as an Eye Liner or an Eye Shadow. A creamy eye shadow pencil with a unique square, flat shaped lead. This specially shaped pencil is great for creating thin, precise contouring of the eye lash line or shading the entire lid with the wide, flat side of the lead for dramatic full eye shadow effect. The creamy texture of the Shadow Liner has been developed to minimise creasing in the eye lids. The formula has a high shimmer content, designed to create a long wearing, glamorous appearance.
