16 MARIE CURIE NURSES FUNDED BY CHARITABLE PARTNERSHIP
Marie Curie Cancer Care today thank Superdrug employees as itís announced they have raised more than £300,000 for the charity. The impressive sum was presented to Blanka Rathauska, Ward Sister at the Marie Curie Hospice, Hampstead by Superdrugís Healthcare Director, Steve Gray when he recently visited the hospice. Marie Curie is Superdrugís chosen charity for 2013 and 2014. Over the next two years Superdrug aims to raise enough money to fund the equivalent of 40 Marie Curie Nurses, making it possible for them to provide more care for people with terminal illnesses in their own homes and in the charityís nine hospices.
