My goal was to get my Pilots licence for Flex wing Microlight but I found out I was too heavy and thats why I started.
I don't think I had a last straw I think I just relised that I was big and it wasn't too late to do something about it.
I had tried so many diets in the past but never stuck to them so I tried Slim·Fast and just stayed in a routine, you have to stay regimental and Slim·Fast is great for that as you don't have to work anything out pour in milk, add powder and drink and thats what worked for me.
I feel so much better, I look great and I have booked my first flying lessons and that will change my life considerably.
