TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter text Lynx plus your full name 66644 and you will be entered into the first draw after your entry is received.
3. Maximum of one entry per week per person. No entrant may win more than one prize
4. Texts entries received after the closing date will not be entered but may still be charged.
5. Texts will be charged at your standard network rate and may not be included in any inclusive text message package.
6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
7. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 3rd January 2012.
8. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. There are 5 prizes to be won, 1 prize for each weekly prize draw. The winner of the weekly prize draw will be allocated one of the following prizes:
   1. An exclusive Film Night experience for 8 people in London (Charlotte Street Hotel). Prize includes £300 travel allowance, Exclusive private screening of film of winner's choice (subject to availability) and drinks and snacks at the film.
   2. A trip to Monte Carlo for 2 adults aged 18+. Prize includes return flights from London, 2 nights in a 4* hotel. One road transfer and one Helicopter transfer in Monte Carlo. Transport to and from winners home to London airport not included.
   3. Style makeover with a celebrity stylist. Prize includes £200 travel allowance, overnight stay in 5* hotel for 2 adults aged 18+, 4 hours personal shopping with an expert for the winner, £500 spending money for the winner, Dinner for 2 adults aged 18+.
   4. A lesson in DJ-ing at a famous London nightclub for 4 people. Prize includes, £150 travel allowance, backstage tour of the club, drinks reception on arrival and lunch in the night clubs VIP room.
   5. A VIP celebrity style night out. Prize includes choice of seven London night clubs and bars for 4 people (winner and 3 guests) to visit, three personal bodyguards to escort you through the city centre, eight paparazzi to make you feel like stars on your arrival at the club, VIP entrance, drinks, a DVD of photos of the event, overnight stay at a hotel, £500 spending money.
10. There will be five weekly prize draws. One a week from 6th December to 3rd January inclusive. For the avoidance of doubt, each weekly prize draw will close at midnight on the following dates: 1st Weekly prize draw – 6th December 2011 (For prize "a") 2nd Weekly prize draw – 13th December 2011 (For prize "b") 3rd Weekly prize draw – 20th December 2011 (For prize "c") 4th Weekly prize draw – 27th December 2011 (For prize "d") 5th Weekly prize draw - 3rd Januray 2012 (For prize "e")
11. All valid entries received before the first weekly prize draw will be placed into the draw at midnight on the 6th December. All entries received after the first weekly prize draw will be placed into the draw at the end of the week in which they are received. Each person may only enter each weekly prize draw once.
12. The first valid entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received in each weekly draw will win that week's prize. The prizes will be allocated to each draw in the order set out above. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winners will be notified by telephone within 28 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
14. The winners' details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to "Lynx Final Edition Competition PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
16. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
17. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
