If, like us, there’s nothing you enjoy more than your weekly trip to the cinema to catch up on the latest flicks, then listen up. We’ve rounded up the blockbusters out this month. 

The Legend Of Tarzan, out 6 July

This shows a side of Tarzan (played by Alexander Skarsgard) you’ve never seen before. After acclimatising to life in London (yes, we know!!), he’s called back to his former jungle home to help investigate what’s going on at a mining encampment. We can’t wait to see how this one pans out…

Ghostbusters 3, out 11 July

The new Ghostbusters, starring Melissa McCarthy and Chris Hemsworth, sees Manhattan being invaded by ghosts – which leads a bunch of paranormal enthusiasts, nuclear engineers and subway workers to join forces to help fight them off. We’re excited to see how this one compares to the other two in the franchise.

Ice Age: Collision Course, out 15 July

Watch the latest instalment of the Ice Age series and see your fave characters, Manny, Diego, Sid and Buck, return to fight off a meteor strike that could bring the world to an end.

The BFG, out 22 July

Steven Spielberg has directed the long-awaited adaptation of Roald Dahl’s children classic. It’s one of our favourite stories, about 10-year-old Sophie, who encounters the Big Friendly Giant, who looks scary but has a kindhearted soul…

Star Trek Beyond, out 22 July

The Star Trek crew are back – and this time they find themselves stranded on a mysterious planet, being attacked by an alien race (naturally) and having the USS Enterprise destroyed. Stars include Idris Elba, Zoe Saldana and Anton Yelchin, and we predict a sell-out.
