    I initially purchased ...

I initially purchased this on a whim,as had used an expensive competitor version before. Also my skin had become very dry just after having my baby son, so I gave it a go & have not looked back since, its superb & I love everything about it the packaging, fragrance, price & results! My skin is glowing & many people have commented on it. Try it!!! ( now hooked on the whole range of Vitamin E)

    Best I've tried

Have tried others but this is best on everything including cost. I have psoriasis and dry skin. This leaves my skin baby soft and doesn't leave my skin feeling parched. My only criticism is you can't buy the muslin cloths separately. Would be nice to rotate cleaning them.

    This product is fantastic

I have extremely sensitive skin and get very flaky dry patches around the T zone area. I have used the Liz Earle before and liked the product but hated the high price tag. I saw this product one day about 9 months ago and decided to give it a go and find it brilliant. I use it every other day and my face looks and feels fantastic - no more dry flaky patches just clean glowing skin. I'm 48 and thankfully have very good genes when it comes to wrinkles but this makes my skin glow and I cannot recommend it highly enough. A great plus is that 1box lasts up to 3 months as you only need about an inch of cream to do you whole face and neck. No down sides unless you count it often being sold out!

    Couldn't wait to try it!

I haven't used the leading brand version of this product so I can't compare the two. Ok, I have very dry skin and my nightly routine is to wipe away my make up using moisturising face wipes, I then use this hot cloth cleanser as instructed and it definitely picks up the make up that I thought was all gone after wiping. When my skin is very dry and flakey i gently rub the dry patches using the flannel..I then moisturise with a rich vitamin E cream (not from superdrugs) This hot cloth cleanser gives me a very smooth base prior to moisturising with my night cream. Sometimes the cleanser stings my skin, but nothing serious. Definitely recommend to those with dry skin.

    Excellent product

I have tried several more expensive brands including Liz Earle and Boots and this is the best. It leaves my skin clean and soft and is not at all greasy. And you get a free cloth with every pack.

The wonder product I've been waiting for

This product really does not get any better. I was recommended hot cloth cleansers by my sister and decided to pick this product up honestly as a last resort after suffering from severe dry skin and eczema on my face in the winter. The first thing to notice about this cleanser is how lovely and thick the consistency is, it feels so luxurious and expensive, I now look forward to washing my skin in the evenings because of how gentle it is. Whenever I washed my skin before it felt irritated and it was left red after cleansing, now my skin feels nourished after washing. Its effective treatment has also made my skin look incredible, pore less and my make up now goes on super smoothly. Within four days my skin had become baby soft, the softest it has ever been. It's also cleared my skin, preventing breakouts. Usually I massage the product in for about a minute on top my makeup and wash off with the muslin cloth provided, though if I feel like my skin needs it I will leave it on my face for a more intensive treatment. I hope to be repurchasing this product for a long time.

    Heaven in a bottle

I first started using this about 2 months ago and absolutely love this stuff. I received the more expensive brand hot cloth cleanser as a gift for christmas and I've been using that for about a week and it doesn't even compare to this stuff, he branded one has a really harsh smell unlike the superdrug one that smells like a natural suncream. The branded one seems to be so much more rich than this one which you would think is a good thing but it isn't because I find it doesn't glide onto the skin as easily as the superdrug one and doesn't do as good a job. When I first started using this, it was a strange experience putting cream onto a face of makeup but 2 months later and I won't go a day without this stuff! It removes all my makeup, makes my very dry flakey sensitive skin feel soft and smooth and the vitamin E defiantly makes a difference and makes my skin glow. The muslin cloth is great and isn't as rough and harsh and the one you get with the branded hot cloth cleanser and I much prefer the superdrug one as shall be changing back to it tonight! The price is amazing and even better when it's on offer and defiantly recommend this to anybody, especially if you have dry skin or what to try out the more expensive one because you'll probably end up liking this one better like I did! Can't rave enough about this stuff.

Superdrug vitamin E hot cloth cleanser

I have suffered from acne for almost five years. I tried every drugstore cleanser possible, from the harsh chemical based ones designed for blemished skin (too harsh!) to home made natural ones (sour milk skin anyone?). Nothing seemed to work! My skin was constantly red, sore, flaking off - so on top of the acne, the foundation I felt I needed to pile on to cover it was literally falling off my face. This affected my confidence to the point where I barely left the house. Enter hot cloth cleansers. So far this is the only one I have tried, as it works so well for me I don't feel the need to try any others! In the evening, I massage this all over a damp face. If I've had a full face of makeup I use a little more & leave it on my skin as a mask, countinuing my night time routine but leaving the hot tap running very slightly to ensure the water is perfect for steaming. I then unfold the muslin, saturate it in the hot water, wring very slightly or I end up with a lake in my bathroom (!) & place over my entire face. I repeat this step twice, rinsing the cloth each time before placing it under the hot tap again & gently buffing my face to exfoliate. I still get the odd blemish but I no longer feel the need to hide under a mask (or my duvet!), an absolute must for people with blemished, dry skin. The fact it's animal friendly is simply the icing & cherry on a wonderful cake.
