I'm quite pale even though I'm mixed raced so it's almost impossible to find a foundation that matches my skintone, and this is still a bit pale but with bronze rover the top it blends better- there isn't a massive amount of coverage which is fine for me because my skins pretty good, and it hasn't given me any breakouts, but I recommend getting a matte powder for this if you have combination skin like me because It can look a bit oily at times, but with powder over the top it has a nice dewy finish I think, and it lasts all day, and is use it mostly in winter so it gets extra points for thatFlag this review
i have very rosy cheeks and wanted something to tone them down. a friend suggested this to me, so i decided ill give it a try. I bought this with the matching powder and concealer on the 3 for 2 deal, and it is amazing! it is easy to apple, feels great quality and makes my cheeks a nice matte tone. would highly recommend, but will work best with the full set.Flag this review
I've tried a fair few of the Maybelline foundations, and all of them - barring none - have broken me out in spots. For the past 7 months I have been wearing fake tan because I'm naturally the colour of Snow White. Trying to find a foundation that matched my bottle-bronzed skin has been a constant annoyance and so, with some trepidation I decided to try Fit Me in 130. It comes in a pump dispenser bottle, so big thumbs up there for hygiene - thank you Maybelline! The consistency is very runny and I require two pumps to cover my face (with a fairly decent medium coverage), buffed in with a stippling brush. It has a slightly dewy finish, which would definitely be good for those with dry skin, but for those with oily skin it definitely needs to be set with powder. If used over a thin layer of milk of magnesia (that has dried) and then set lightly with powder this foundation will look amazing on oily skin for 10+ hours. This foundation has an SPF of 18, is a great colour match for my fake-tanned skin, looks smooth and beautiful, doesn't break me out in spots and lasts a decent amount of time over the right base. My only gripe is that it contains parabens, but considering all the pros, this one little con shouldn't be enough to put anyone off buying it. I will definitely, without a doubt, be repurchasing this in the very near future :)Flag this review
I have oily skin and it shines as soon as i apply it. Feels very wish washy and transfers really easily. Doesnt cover anything on my face. Very disappointed they usually create good foudation.Flag this review
This product can be applied using many techniques such as using finger tips, brush or even a sponge. It is easy to apply which doesnt make a mess as it has a pump which is a great feature in addition the glass bottle is another feature which makes the appearence of the bottle look good. There are a few things which i liked about this foundation one of them is the bottle appearence as mentioned above and another one is that it is easy to apply, since i have an oily skin type there wasnt much which i liked about this foundation. As soon as i apply the foundation, it makes my face shiny and makes it oily after a short period of time although it does have a great coverage.Flag this review
I use this foundation everyday and even tho i have spotty skin i feel it an alright product after i put a mattifying powder on top, however after a while it gets oily and come off quite easily, with a good concealer this is an alright product but i wouldnt go mental about it, im looking for a new foundation put it that way! if you have dry skin this is a perfect foundation however like i said it doesn't last very long.Flag this review
