Lil-Lets teens SmartFit™ non-applicator tampons are designed to be shorter and narrower especially for younger girls, but they are still as absorbent as a standard Lil-Lets SmartFit™ regular non-applicator tampon. They have a smooth cover, soft cushion grooves and a rounded tip to help with easy insertion. Lil-Lets teens SmartFit™ regular non-applicator tampons are suitable for light to medium flow (6-9g) and gently expand widthways as they absorb to fit, giving complete protection.
Always use the correct absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours. Tampons are associated with toxic shock syndrome (TSS). This is a rare but serious illness that may be fatal. Please read and keep the leaflet inside the pack.

How to Use
Wash your hands before use. Remove the film wrapper on the tampon. Pull out the cord, checking the ends are knotted together and give it a little tug to check it's secure (if not try another tampon). Find a comfy position, either sitting on the toilet or squatting with your knees apart. Insert the tampon into the vagina and push in using your index finger, aiming upwards and backwards towards the small of your back. When inserted the cord will hang outside your body ready for removal. To remove gently pull the cord. If the tampon feels tightly held leave it in a little longer, but ensure it's changed at least every 4 to 8 hours.
I'm actually in my 30s, but I often find regular-size tampons are too large for me, while minis aren't quite absorbent enough. Lil-lets Teens are the perfect mix of absorbency and size, falling between mini and regular. I highly recommend them and really wish they'd been available when I was younger (and that they were more readily available in town).
