    I would rather rate this product zero or negative as it cost me more than the dye to correct the mess it made. I'm a 43 yr old man, saw this on offer and getting a few more greys than I thought. Did exactly as the instructions said and combed through my very short hair. As soon as i put it on i was shocked and concerned how dark it was considering was supposed to be light brown. Only left it 8 mins rather than the ten recommended and washed it out. i was horrified to see how very dark my hair was, like five shades darker ! re-read the instructions only to find that Superdrug had placed a security sticker over a separate part of the instructions that tells the user to go a shade lighter if short hair! I realise they have to have security but couldn't this be placed somewhere else so that I could have seen it !Any how, my friend saw it that night and instantly said ' oh you've dyed your hair, it it supposed to have a copper tone to it?''. i realised that when in the strong light my hair had a weird copper hue to that i can only say was akin to my great aunt's hair when I was a child. I had my hair shaved off as soon as I could the next morning as looked awful. Not after the dye staining a white pillow case as I slept. This is after washing my hair three times the previous night to try and get some of the colour out. Never again. Abysmal product and Superdrug really need to be very mindful where they place the security stickers if over an important part of the instructions. Not impressed.

Please note the following:

  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
  • Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
  • Delivery will be through Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
  • Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
