    Good

    I had stripped red from my hair before using this so it was really uneven, plus a lot of the red had stained my hair and I wanted to go silver/white. After using it twice I'm now blonde and all I need to do is use an ash blonde to get rid of some of the more orange tones. This would be great on undyed hair and unstained hair, but it's really good on dyed hair too! It took all the red out the top and the bottom of my hair, but the middle of my hair was stained so it was difficult to get out fully. It doesn't burn your skin like other bleaches, and my hair is still soft and undamaged. Love this product, my new best friend!

    Terrible

    This is terrible. It completely screwed up my hair, made it gummy and elasticy. Would never use again.

    dont use

    this product made my hair orange and like straw, the 'toner' is simply a conditioner with a hint of purple and it doesn't work, I have had to cut off my hair because of this, I would strongly suggest just paying the money at a hairdressers instead of destroying your hair.

    Dreadful

    This is absolutely dreadful. Leaves your hair like straw, really rough. The bleach worked, sort off but the toner was non-existent. As this is sold as toner conditioner, I would expect my hair to be the tone as stated and conditioned. Fails miserably on both points. Only gave it 1 star for the packaging.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands) and BFPO (UK Only).

Delivery services

  • Standard Delivery: FREE on all orders £10 and over, £3 for all orders under £10 : Normally 3-5 working days

Please note the following:

  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
  • Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
  • Delivery will be through Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
  • Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
  • Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
  • You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
