This colour is great. Previously dyed my highlighted hair with Olia Light brown and condition was fabulous but colour slightly darker than i wanted. I bought this one to see if I could get a lighter tone and it worked brilliantly. Its no where near as light as the colour on the box but I wasnt expecting it as hair colours normally appear darker than they say. The condition of my naturally curly hair is like silk every time. My hair is past my shoulders and one box just about does the trick. Cant see myself changing brands again, its the most natural colour I've used in about 20 years ! The only negative comment i have is with the box - its useless for standing the bottle of colour in, mine pops out and shoots across the bathroom every time :(Flag this review
I used this product after bleaching my dyed black hair and being left with an orange mess. My hair is now a lovely dark beige blonde with no orange, and it feels really nice and soft too!Flag this review
I bleached my hair which went awful canary yellow and orange, I tried nice n easy ash blonde which did nothing. This saved my hair! It went exactly the colour on the box would highly reccomend is exactly the colour on the boxFlag this review
I've used this on dark brown hair, the result- a very dark golden blonde tone , perfect as it is not too drastic and although the pack says it will turn it blonde the colour obtained is gorgeous! Also used it today on my hair after ombre left it orange/ginger-.. worked like a charm. I now have golden blonde ends and no orange at all! My hair also always feel soft and silky after using this hair dye , olia is definetly underrated..best dye ever.Flag this review
A terrible experience from the start. The box is supposed to hold the dye and it fell through the hole. It was very difficult to actually squeeze out what you had to mix and when you put it on your hair it is VERY hard to spread the colour through so that it is even. The gloves are not a good fit and make you feel all fingers and thumbs so I dropped the bottle several times because it is awkward to hold and it also drops all over the place. The texture of my hair felt awful while it was on and when I washed it off it felt like Sindy doll's hair :O( The worst thing is that it says 100% grey cover and it did not cover the grey. What an absolute waste of time and money and my hair now looks patchy and feels rough. DON'T DO IT ! It is the worst dye I have ever used and believe me, I have tried them all. NEVER AGAIN.Flag this review
I can't possibly explain how much I hate this product, I am sorry but I feel this needs to be said. I have very light brown hair and wanted to go a little lighter,BIG MISTAKE using this dye. It destroyed my hair, obviously I know all dye damages hair a great deal but this one seriously wins at creating straw like lifeless hair. My hair condition is now appalling, compared to the previous dye's I have used in the past.Flag this review
I thought i would try this products, i have never used it before, but i must say i will never be using this product again, very disappointed, waste of money, i had dirty blonde hair, so was expecting it to go a few shade lighter as stated on the box results, but my hair came out medium brown!!!! ruined my hair and waste my money!! total rip off!! do not buy!!!!Flag this review
Thought i'd give this new product a try but sadly disappointed. It shows on the box it will lighten even dark brown/black hair to a nice dark blond. Followed instruction to the letter then washed dried and styled only to find no colour change.Flag this review
I have pretty nothing good to say about this hairdye. To start off, the bottle is a horrible shape - too wide to get a comfortable grip, and spherical so it slipped out of my hands a few times. The mixture came in two separate tubes that you mix into the bottle, which to me seems like a waste of plastic. The mixture had a creamy consistency that was hard to spread. The mixture darkened considerably over the 30 minute development time, which worried me, but I hoped it would wash off. Well it didn't! I followed those instructions to a tee, I rinsed until the water was clear etc., and yet my hair is darker than it was when I started! It's a horrible, dirty, ashy brown colour, almost black - nowhere NEAR the blonde on the box. My before shade was somewhere between the blonde to dark blonde and brown to light brown graphics, so really it should have come out a lovely dark blonde colour! I wish I could give this horrible hairdye 0 stars. I'll NEVER use Olia hairdye again, what a disaster!Flag this review
