Silk'n Glide works with the breakthrough HPL? technology for permanent hair removal. It provides up to 40.000 pulses with a spot size that treats 3 cm².

- PULSING is the best technique for working with higher energy levels as it enables better control of skin coverage.
- GLIDING is the best way to work within the low energy levels and achieve a fast and more efficient session. In the lower energy levels the device takes only 1-1.5 seconds to recharge between pulses and provides a nonstop sequence of flashes.

Sun Exposure: Silk'n Glide's lowest energy level (1) is designed especially for safe use even after sun exposure. After sun exposure you may continue using Silk'n Glide, but only at the lowest energy level.

Pulsing and Gliding

PULSING is the best technique for working with higher energy levels as it enables better control of skin coverage. When pulsing, Silk'n Glide pulses should be administered in rows, starting at one end of each row and progressing sequentially towards the other end helps you avoid treating the same area more than once or overlapping skin areas.

GLIDING is the best way to work within the low energy levels and achieve a fast and more efficient session. When Gliding, hold the pulse trigger down continuously, and using a slow sliding motion while keeping contact with the skin, smoothly move the device along the treated area. In the lower energy levels the device takes only 1-1.5 seconds to recharge between pulses and provides a nonstop sequence of flashes.

. So it's ideal for delicate body areas! Besides the speed is adjustable between 1 pulse per second to 1 pulse per 3,5 seconds, depending on the energy level.

Silk'n Glide is a light-based device for permanent hair reduction and works with HPL? (Home Pulsed Light) technology. Hair removal with light is not suitable on naturally dark skin or tanned skin. Nevertheless, Silk'n Glide operates within much lower energy levels than other devices making it suitable for treating a wider spectrum of skin tones including darker ones.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands) and BFPO (UK Only).

Please note the following:

  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
  • Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
  • Delivery will be through Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
  • Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
  • Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
