I am a black girl of medium skin tone [Not light-skinned or dark-skinned]. I have deep yellow-undertones and find that in the winter, my legs and chest can look very pale. I wasn't sure if this would work for me, but I gave it a go. This is great for enhancing my golden undertones! I first tried this on one of my legs at night and found that my skin tone was dewy the next day. I applied it again on night 2. By night 3, my skin tone had deepened more than I expected. They looked bronzed however, my knees were looking a tad orange [I will avoid the knees in future]. I have used this for 3 consecutive days on my chest and it has given me a lovely glow and has helped even out my skin tone. I have not experienced any orange-tints on my chest area. It offers sufficient moisture and makes my skin feel soft.Flag this review
I've tried a few self tanning body lotions and this is by far the best. It gives a good natural colour and also moisturizes well, which is important to me. I found others don't do both jobs well. This also smells nice. Have used it for years and always get nice comments on my tanned skin. Love it when it's on offer as I think it's quite pricey normally. Only negative is that I sometimes get slightly itchy skin from this, but it's not enough to stop me using it.Flag this review
I have been using this for a few years so mastered how to apply it, Once out of the shower, moisterise dry areas (elbows knees feet ect) with untinted moisteriser, apply big amounts to each section of body for dark look miss the knees, face and hands as u do them last, once applied all over other parts use the excess and rub over knees, wash hands roughly as you get orange hands & nails and apply to face it tends to go dark around nose, mouth eyebrows & hairline so wash hands again n useing a baby wipe, wipe eyebrows hairline around mouth chin n at side of nostrils then using a tiny amount (less than pea size) rub hands together & quickly rub over the mouth and nose. Wash hands again! Kneel down onto a towel to take some tan away from knees. To tan hands place a big blob on top of hand not on fingers, rub tops of both hands together desputing evenly, spreading fingers & getting inbetween not getting it on palms, use baby wipe, wipe along nuckles, nails and joints were fingers bend then rub tops of hands together so the tan on the other areas of your hands gets desputed evenly along areas you've just wiped. Hope this helps I don't really use as much as I use to as its very thick, smells and leaves you sticky although it does give a lovely tanFlag this review
Okay so I got this about a month ago and has only used it a couple of times. I have very light skin but I ended up buying the normal to dark skin as it was the only one in the shop. I can defiantly tell a difference when using it as it does tint my skin a little but I've found that you can build it up to be darker (I wouldn't build it up too much, as I think it would turn into a kinda orangey colour). Another thing I found with it is that if you don't rub it in well you can end up with some lovely orange lines. It does leave my skin very very very soft which I think anyone would be happy about. I don't think the smell of it is great but I think it's more to do with what you like. All in all I think this product is defiantly worth a try and if you're starting to go into fake tan and you're a little scared then I think this would be a great product to start you of.Flag this review
