Calprofen Ibuprofen Suspension is used for the relief of mild to moderate muscular pain, post- immunisation fever, symptomatic relief of headache, earache, dental pain, migraines and back aches. It can also be used to provide relief from minor injuries such as sprains and strains.
Sugar free, colour free, strawberry flavoured white uniform suspension. This product comes with a measuing spoon
•Not for use in babies under the age of 3 months.
•For short term use only.
•Do not give to babies aged 3- 6 months for more than 24 hours
•Do not give to children aged 6 months or over for more than 3 days. If symptoms persist or worsen consult your doctor.
•Do not give to anyone who has had a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, asthma attack in relation to taking ibuprofen
•Please consult your pharmacist or doctor before using this medicine if you are currently pregnant, likely to get pregnant or breastfeeding.
•Please consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are currently taking any other medicines as this may cause an interaction.

Active ingredients: ibuprofen 100 mg per 5 ml.
Other ingredients: glycerol (E422), xanthan gum, maltitol (E965), polysorbate 80, saccharin sodium (E954), citric acid monohydrate, sodium methylhydroxybenzoate (E219), sodium propylhydroxybenzoate (E217), purified water. The flavouring is strawberry.

How to Use
3 months - 6 months (weighing over 5 kg): 2.5 ml spoonful 3 times a day. Do not use for more than 24 hours.
6 months - 1 year: 2.5 ml 3 times a day.
1 year - 2 years: 2.5 ml 3 or 4 times a day.
3 years - 7 years: 5 ml 3 or 4 times a day.
8 years - 12 years: Two 5 ml spoonfuls 3 or 4 times a day.
Doses should usually be given every 6 - 8 hours as required.
